What a day could look like, for associations
It is renewal month. Every member whose year ends gets a reminder with a payment link, those who pay are updated automatically, and the secretary sees who has lapsed.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for associations. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does membership management software cost?
Among the 5 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$58 a month (Hello Club); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$66 a month (Wild Apricot); 2 more name no currency. We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours. Raklet charges per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan.
How does a renewal work?
Planned: a reminder, a payment link and the membership updated when it is paid.
Can new members join online?
Planned: a joining page with payment.
Can it send a newsletter?
Email is part of the engine; a newsletter screen is planned.
