What a day could look like, for hire companies
A customer wants a trailer and a pressure washer from Friday to Monday. You need to know both are free on those dates, take a deposit, check them out, and on Monday check them back in and note any damage.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for hire companies. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does equipment rental software cost?
Among the 4 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$126 a month (Current RMS); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$399 a month (EZRentOut); in EUR the lowest paid plan is EUR 39 a month (Rentman); 1 more names no currency. We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours. EZRentOut, Rentman and Current RMS charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan.
What would hire software have to do?
Planned: show what is free on which dates, take a deposit, scan items out and back in, and record damage with a photo.
Why not use a stock app?
Stock counts what you hold. Hire counts what you hold on a given day, which needs a calendar.
How would you price it?
Not set. The proposal is a flat price with everyone included.
