We do not convert currencies. A page we could not read is marked could not read, a page that asks for a quote is marked quote only, and the reasons are listed below the table. Pages can show different prices to visitors in different countries. A price with no currency named is shown with the sign the page used; it may be the United States version or the one for the country the page assumed we were in, so check the page you are sent to.
What pushes the price up
- 1 of the 6 charges per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
- 2 of the 6 offer a free plan, and 3 offer a time-limited trial.
What to know about each price
- Glue Up: All contracts are billed annually by default, and the page says pricing varies with organisation size and requirements. Limit upgrades and add-ons can be bought at any time but their prices are not shown, and every plan has a Get a Demo button.
- Hello Club: Priced by member count and number of sports or activities, with GST extra and unlimited admins. Card payments carry per-transaction fees on top of the subscription, onboarding is included from Standard up, and every plan button says Book a demo.
- TidyHQ: Both plans charge a service fee on membership, event and shop transactions (3% + 0.20 on Starter, 1% + 0.20 on Pro), and Stripe's own processing fees come on top. The page says there are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts.
- Wild Apricot: The page lists no setup, per-transaction or cancellation fees; payment-provider fees apply, and payment systems other than Personify cost an additional fee.
- MemberSpace: On top of the subscription MemberSpace keeps a share of every sale (5% on Starter, 2% on Growth, 1% on the custom tier), not counting Stripe's processing fees.
- Raklet: Every plan charges a transaction fee on payments, from 4% + $0.60 on Free to 1% + $0.60 on Premium, and payments run through Stripe. Extra admin seats are $19 a month, onboarding packages start at $300, and a custom branded mobile app is $299 a month on annual billing.
What to check before you pay
- How the price grows: by member count, by contact count or by tier.
- Whether collecting dues and renewals is inside the price, and the payment fees on top.
- Event registration and email, inside or extra.
- Whether you can export the full members list at any time.
What we do about membership management software
We do not sell membership software yet. A members list, dues and a portal are on our list for clubs and associations; tell us what yours needs and we will be in contact, or we can build to order, quoted in writing.
