What is hard for gyms
An independent gym or fitness studio with memberships and classes.
- Failed payments go unnoticed
- Class bookings are in an app the member does not use

What a day could look like, for gyms
Sam books a class on the way to work, scans in at the door, and the monthly payment goes through on the first. When a card fails, Sam is told and the payment is tried again, and you see it on Monday's list.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.
What software for gyms costs
Of the 7 we could price for gyms: 4 in A$, from A$89 to A$119 a month; 2 in US$, from US$75 to US$79 a month. Trainerize is left out of these figures because its lowest plan covers only 2 clients. Ours is not set yet.

No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for gyms. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does gym management software cost?
Among the 7 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$89 a month (Mindbody); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$75 a month (Gymdesk). We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Trainerize is left out of these figures because its lowest plan covers only 2 clients. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours.
What happens when a payment fails?
Planned: a failed payment is retried on a schedule, the member is told, and it appears on a list for you.
