AI agents

An assistant that does one job on your own data

It drafts. You approve. Nothing is sent, ordered or changed until a person says yes. Built to order. There is nothing ready-made to try today.

How it works

What it does and does not do

1

It reads only what you give it

A named set of records, nothing else.

2

It drafts

The output is a draft, shown to you.

3

A person approves

A person approves each action before anything is sent, ordered or changed.

4

Everything is logged

What it read, what it drafted, who approved.

What it costs

Australian agency price guides we read on 12 October 2026 put one to three automated workflows at about A$1,500 to A$5,000, and custom builds at A$15,000 to A$50,000 and up, with running costs of about A$200 to A$2,000 a month. Those are other agencies pricing themselves, not ours. Ours is quoted in writing once we know the one job.

Questions

About agents

Will it get things wrong?

Sometimes. That is why a person approves every action and why we start with one narrow job.

Where do my records go?

Only the records you name are used. They are sent to an AI model provider so it can draft; that provider may be overseas, and we will name it and its country before you agree. Every read is logged, and a person approves each action because a draft can be wrong.
