What a day could look like, for churches
It is Saturday night and the Sunday roster has a gap. The coordinator asks the next volunteer, the swap is recorded, and the week's giving is entered and receipted.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

Is it built?
No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for churches. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does church management software cost?
Among the 5 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$18 a month (ChurchSuite); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$60 a month (Church Social); 3 more name no currency. We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours.
Can it issue giving receipts?
Planned: a receipt per gift and a year-end statement. Rules on tax receipts differ, so they would be checked first.
How do rosters work?
Planned: a roster per team, with each volunteer asked and a swap recorded.
Is it private?
Not decided. Religious affiliation is sensitive information, so before anything is built we will say where the data is stored and who can see it.
