What a day could look like, for print shops
A customer wants 500 flyers on heavy stock, folded, by Thursday. You enter the spec, the price comes from your tables, the job ticket follows the job through the shop, and the invoice follows the delivery.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

How much does print shop software cost?
Among the 6 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$89 a month (Sign OS); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$109 a month (ShopVOX); 2 more name no currency. We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours. Printavo, ShopVOX and Sign OS charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan.
How are print jobs quoted?
Planned: from the spec: size, quantity, stock, finish and turnaround, against your price tables.
Does it track paper and substrate?
Planned: yes through the stock engine: sheets and rolls counted and reordered.
Can a customer approve a proof?
Planned: a link to the proof and a recorded approval.
