What Planning Center's pricing page says
A free People database for unlimited users, a free starting tier for every other product, and paid tiers set by usage. The pricing calculator shows $15 a month for the first paid tier of Services, Registrations, Giving, Check-Ins and Groups, and says the first 30 days are free. Larger tiers and the Calendar room tiers are not shown here.
What to know about Planning Center's price
Paid products are priced by usage (team members, donations, attendees) with no contract or setup fee, billed monthly (a help page also mentions an annual option). The calculator shows $15 a month for the first paid tier of Services, Registrations, Giving, Check-Ins and Groups, and $75 for all five together. Giving and Registrations also take card fees, listed for Australia as 1.4% + $0.30 on domestic Visa and Mastercard.
