What a day could look like, for self storage operators
A tenant rings on a Saturday for a small unit. You need to see which are free, take the first month's rent, give them a code, and have the rent come in by itself after that. At the end of the month you want to see who has not paid and what to do about it.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.
