What a day could look like, for property managers
It is rent day. Payments are matched to tenants, arrears are listed, a tenant reports a leaking tap, a tradie is booked, and at month end each owner's statement is ready to check.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

Is it built?
No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for property managers. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does property management software cost?
Among the 4 we read: none names a currency. We do not convert currencies. PropertyMe is left out of these figures because it is priced per 100 properties with a minimum of 200. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours.
Does it do trust accounting?
Not in the first version. Trust accounts are regulated state by state, so it would only be built after checking by someone qualified in your state's rules.
How would inspections work?
Planned: a form on a phone per property, photos on each finding and a report built as you go.
Can owners see statements?
Planned: an owner page with the monthly statement.
