What pushes the price up
- 1 of the 5 we could read charges per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
- 1 of the 5 we could read shows a quote request instead of a price.
- We found no free plan among the 5 we could read, and 1 offers a time-limited trial.
- 1 of the 5 we could read states a setup, hardware or licence cost on top of the monthly price (the notes below say which).
What to know about each price
- Warehance: Multi-warehouse support starts at the $1,000 plan and multi-brand management at the $1,500 3PL plan.
- Mintsoft: Plans are set by monthly orders and number of 3PL clients, not by users, and the mobile app needs user licences with no price shown.
- Packiyo: The page says users and shipments scale as the business grows but shows no price for extra users or shipments.
- Ongoing WMS: Onboarding is a one-time €6,200 for 40 hours, extra professional-service hours are €155, and booking directly with carriers is €0.03 a shipment. Users can be added or removed month to month.
- Logiwa: Price follows fulfilment volume and complexity rather than user count, and the page says there is no per-seat licence fee.
What to look for in 3PL warehouses software
Receiving, moving and picking for the floor you run today. Several clients sharing one floor is not built.
A tool for 3PL warehouses has to fix these:
- Billing clients for storage and handling is a monthly puzzle.
- Each client wants their own stock view.
- Receiving and dispatch need proof.
What StockRoom charges
Free to 50 products, then A$9, A$44 or A$89 a month. Prices in Australian dollars. Every plan includes your whole team. The stock side works today; what is still to come for each business is on its own page: 3PL warehouses.
Questions
About the price
What is the cheapest 3PL warehouse management software?
Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 1 in GBP, at GBP 375 a month; 1 in EUR, at EUR 1,299 a month; 2 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes. StockRoom is free to 50 products.
Why do prices differ so much?
Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.
Can I run several clients in one warehouse?
Each client can be its own company inside one account, and you switch between them from the top bar. Several clients sharing one floor is not built.
Does it bill storage?
Not built. The Layout screen's racking floor shows pallet days and earnings at the rate you set per pallet a week, but billing each client from it is not built.
Does it print pallet labels?
Not in the app. Pallet labels with SSCC numbers are not part of StockRoom today.
