What a day could look like, for fleet managers
A van's service is due in two weeks. The reminder goes to whoever looks after it, the work order is raised and the cost lands on that vehicle's record, and the registration date sits on the same screen.
How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours.
Does it track vehicles by GPS?
No. It would track service dates, registration, fuel and cost. A tracker would be a separate purchase.
Can drivers do a daily check?
Planned: a check on a phone before each shift.
Can it import fuel cards?
Planned: an import from the card statement.
