We do not convert currencies. A page we could not read is marked could not read, a page that asks for a quote is marked quote only, and the reasons are listed below the table. Pages can show different prices to visitors in different countries. A price with no currency named is shown with the sign the page used; it may be the United States version or the one for the country the page assumed we were in, so check the page you are sent to.
What pushes the price up
- 3 of the 8 we could read charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
- 3 of the 9 show a quote request instead of a price, and 1 of the 9 could not be read.
- 2 of the 8 we could read offer a free plan, and 5 offer a time-limited trial.
What to know about each price
- Brightpearl: Quote only: a chat and demo come first, then a written cost breakdown before you sign. The page says unlimited users are included at no extra cost.
- Katana: The paid plan is a custom annual contract that includes a custom build and implementation, and there is no per-user charge. The free plan is limited to 30 SKUs, and the FAQ mentions older Standard, Professional and Professional Plus plans with no prices shown.
- Linnworks: Quote only: plans are tiered by monthly orders with charges for going over, and the page says there are no percentage fees. Onboarding is a one-off fee set per customer and add-on modules cost extra.
- Zoho Inventory: Plans cap orders, users and locations, and add-ons cost extra: users A$12, 500 more orders A$12, locations A$15.58, advanced warehousing A$190.83 (each per organization per month, billed annually). A Jumpstart setup programme is mentioned with no price shown.
- Fishbowl: An implementation package is required with every purchase and its price is not shown. AUD prices exclude GST, and Advanced pricing is always confirmed by quote.
- Unleashed: Prices exclude applicable taxes. Extra users are $69 (Core) or $79 (Pro) a month, sales orders are capped each month with paid upgrade bands, and one-off onboarding packages cost $449, $789 or $7,999.
- inFlow Inventory: A one-time onboarding package of 499 USD is required on most plans, and extra team members cost 29 USD a month each. The page offers no Australian dollar prices and does not say whether tax is included.
- Cin7: Prices are in US dollars, exclude taxes and are for new customers. More integrations and more sale-order volume can be bought on top, and onboarding options are listed, with no prices shown for either.
What to check before you pay
- How the price counts: users, products, locations or orders. A small catalogue with a big team prices very differently from a big catalogue with a small team.
- Whether a stock count writes an audited adjustment or simply overwrites the number.
- Whether it connects to your shop, your marketplaces and your accounts today, or lists them as coming.
- Whether there is a free or low plan for a small catalogue, and what happens when you pass its limit.
Companies we could not read
These pages did not give us a price we could read. That is a limit of how we read, not a sign that the company hides its prices.
- Extensiv (3PL Warehouse Manager): its pricing page did not give us a price we could read.
What StockRoom charges
This is what StockRoom is for: scan, count, receive, move, pick and reorder from a phone. It is free to 50 products, then A$9, A$44 or A$89 a month, with your whole team on every plan. Every connection in the app (eBay, Shopify, Xero and the rest) is marked coming and none can be switched on yet.
