How we plan to make sure it works
When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

No. Everything on this page describes what we plan to build for HVAC contractors. There is nothing to try yet, and no price is set.
How much does HVAC software cost?
Among the 5 we read: in A$ the lowest paid plan is A$440 a month (Nexus Service Manager); in US$ the lowest paid plan is US$29 a month (Jobber); 2 more name no currency. We do not convert currencies, so compare within a group. Ours is not set yet.
Do I pay for each person?
We have not set a price for ours. AroFlo, Nexus Service Manager and Jobber charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan.
What is a service agreement in software?
A recurring visit with its price, its equipment list and a reminder, so the 6 month service does not depend on memory.
Does it track refrigerant?
A refrigerant log is planned. Check what your licence requires.
Can a technician see the equipment history on site?
Planned: that is the point of the equipment register: model, serial, install date and every past visit.
