What to know about each price
- Guesty: Only Lite (1 to 3 listings) shows a price; Pro is priced by number of listings and quoted, and Enterprise is a custom offer.
- Smoobu: Price depends on the units selected: a single unit starts as low as €28 a month and each extra unit from €9.60 a month.
- Uplisting: The lower plans can be paid as a flat monthly price or as £0 a month plus a commission on each booking (3% on Independent Host, 1.5% on Operator), and Operator and Manager have a monthly floor.
- Hostfully: Every plan adds a platform fee whose amount is not shown.
- Hospitable: Priced per property: each plan includes a number of properties and charges for extra ones, and annual billing saves 12%. Dynamic pricing is free for 3 bookings in the first 30 days, then AU$20 a property. Prices exclude GST.
- Lodgify: Four plans, with a selector for the number of properties above the prices and 20% off Professional and Ultimate on yearly billing.

What is the cheapest Airbnb management software?
Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 1 in A$, at A$39.60 a month; 1 in GBP, at GBP 40 a month; 1 in EUR, at EUR 28 a month; 3 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes.
Why do prices differ so much?
Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.
How does it stop double bookings?
By reading each channel's calendar and blocking the dates everywhere. The channel connections are not built yet.
Can it message the cleaner?
