What pushes the price up
- 5 of the 6 charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
- 1 of the 6 shows a quote request instead of a price.
- We found no free plan among the 6, and 3 offer a time-limited trial.
What to know about each price
- Bullhorn: Per-user pricing; Starter, Core and Pro include free implementation and Pro and Max are quote-only. The page says there is no free trial, and onboarding and back office services are optional extras priced separately.
- Crelate: Per-user pricing, and the cheapest plan is annual-only and capped at 2 users. Email campaigns, texting, e-signature and data enrichment are paid extras with no amounts shown.
- Recruit CRM: Per-user pricing plus a monthly pool of credits that features like resume formatting, AI sourcing and data enrichment use up. Extra credits and assisted data migration are bought separately and their prices are not shown.
- Manatal: Per-user pricing and fees exclude tax, except that Singapore customers pay 9 percent GST on top. Add-ons such as AI Interviewer are named without prices.
- Vincere: The plan is set by team size: one user is Startup at a flat £150 a month, two to seven users are Core at £95 each, and more than seven are Pro, priced to the agency from £85 a user. Startup is on a 30-day rolling contract.
- JobAdder: Quote-only: the page says to request pricing, and a free demo is offered instead of a trial. API and sandbox are only for contracted customers (free on Pro), and the other add-ons are listed with no prices.
What to look for in recruiters software
Candidates, job orders and placements in one place, with timesheets for the temps and an invoice when they are approved.
A tool for recruiters has to fix these:
- Candidates are in email and a sheet.
- Timesheets for temps are chased.
- Job orders go stale.
Our price
We have not set a price for ours: there is nothing built to sell yet, and the price will be on the page before anyone pays. What we plan to build: recruiters.
Questions
About the price
What is the cheapest recruitment agency software?
Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 1 in A$, at A$99 a month; 1 in US$, at US$15 a month; 1 in GBP, at GBP 85 a month; 2 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes.
Why do prices differ so much?
Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.
Can it parse resumes?
Not in the first version. Candidates are added with their resume attached.
Does it handle temp timesheets?
Planned: a timesheet per placement, approved by the client.
How are consultants measured?
Planned: by submissions, interviews and placements, shown on one report.
