Each price is from the company's own pricing page on the date shown, in its own currency; we do not convert. A page we could not read is marked could not read, and a page that asks for a quote is marked quote only. Prices can differ by country.
What pushes the price up
- 1 of the 4 charges per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
- 1 of the 4 offers a free plan, and 2 offer a time-limited trial.
What to know about each price
- Studio Ninja: The currency of each column was not confirmed, so no single monthly figure is given.
- Pixieset: The Client Gallery plans are priced by photo storage. The Free plan takes a 15% commission on store sales and the paid plans do not.
- HoneyBook: Three plans priced per business, with the page offering up to 18% off for yearly billing. Team members are a plan limit (up to 2 on Essentials, unlimited on Premium) and not a charge for each person.
- Dubsado: Extra users are priced in bands: 3 additional users are free, then $25 a month for 4 to 10 users, $45 for 11 to 20 and $60 for 21 to 30. Each additional brand is $10 a month.
What to look for in photographers software
Enquiries to contract to deposit to shoot to invoice, without retyping a client's details five times.
A tool for photographers has to fix these:
- Enquiries are answered from scratch.
- Contracts and invoices are separate.
- Gallery delivery is another tool.
Our price
We have not set a price for ours: there is nothing built to sell yet, and the price will be on the page before anyone pays. What we plan to build: photographers.
Questions
About the price
What is the cheapest photography business software?
Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 2 in US$, from US$8 to US$35 a month; 1 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes.
Why do prices differ so much?
Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.
Does it deliver the gallery?
It would link to wherever you deliver. A gallery host is not part of it.
Can clients sign the contract on a phone?
Planned: a contract with a recorded signature.
Can I take a deposit?
Planned, using the same checkout as StockRoom.
