Each price is from the company's own pricing page on the date shown, in its own currency; we do not convert. A page we could not read is marked could not read, and a page that asks for a quote is marked quote only. Prices can differ by country.

What pushes the price up

  • 3 of the 6 charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
  • 1 of the 6 offers a free plan, and 4 offer a time-limited trial.
  • 1 of the 6 states a setup, hardware or licence cost on top of the monthly price (the notes below say which).

What to know about each price

  • Nexus Service Manager: One configurator on the page: $440 a month for 5 users and the seven base modules, plus a once-off $1,100 setup fee, in Australian dollars including GST.
  • Jobber: Priced by plan and team size, with extra users $29 a month each, and the 1 year commitment option is a 12-month minimum billed monthly. Card payments are listed at 2.9% + 30c.
  • Housecall Pro: Priced per plan with users included (1, 5 or 8) and $35 a month for each extra user on Max; the page says no long-term contracts.
  • Service Fusion: Flat price per plan with unlimited users on every plan, and the page says all plans are month to month with no contract.
  • ZenMaid: SMS charges are not included in any plan and their rates are not on the page. Plans run month to month, and no yearly billing option is shown.
  • Maidily: Priced by jobs a month, not by user: unlimited users on every plan, extra jobs sold in packs of 50, and a dedicated SMS number is $10 a month extra on the paid plans.

What to look for in cleaning companies software

Weekly rounds, checklists with photos and a quote from the size of the job, not an evening of arithmetic.

A tool for cleaning companies has to fix these:

  • Rosters change daily.
  • Quotes by the hour are guessed.
  • Supplies run out on site.

Our price

We have not set a price for ours: there is nothing built to sell yet, and the price will be on the page before anyone pays. What we plan to build: cleaning companies.

Questions

About the price

What is the cheapest cleaning business software?

Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 1 in A$, at A$440 a month; 2 in US$, from US$29 to US$59 a month; 3 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes.

Why do prices differ so much?

Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.

Can the crew check in on their phones?

That is planned: a check in and out per site, with the checklist and photos.

How is a cleaning quote worked out?

From size, frequency and your rate. The rate would be yours to set.

Does it handle recurring invoices?

Planned: one invoice per period per client, created once.
