Coming: software for music teachers

Software for music teachers: not built yet

Planned: term billing by family, lessons that make themselves up when someone is away, and teacher pay that adds up. It is not built yet: tell us you want it and what matters most, and we will be in contact when it is ready.

What we plan it to do for music teachers

Planned, not built:

  • Weekly lesson timetable
  • Term billing by family
  • Make-up lessons and absences
  • Parent page
  • Teacher pay

What is hard for music teachers

A music school or private teacher with term billing.

  • Term invoices are made by hand
  • Make-up lessons are tracked on paper
  • Parents ask for the same information again

What a day could look like, for music teachers

It is week one of term. Each family gets one invoice for their children's lessons, a teacher is away on Thursday and the make-up lesson is offered, and at the end of term the teachers' pay adds up from the lessons given.

How we plan to make sure it works

When it is built, we will run it for weeks in a simulated business first, then let three real businesses use it for a month. Only then will it get a price here.

What software for music teachers costs
