How much does real estate CRM software cost?

Of the 3 we could price for real estate agents: 1 in A$, at A$19 a month; 1 in US$, at US$42 a month; 1 with no currency named. 5 more show a quote request instead of a price. Ours is not set yet.

Each price is from the company's own pricing page on the date shown, in its own currency; we do not convert. A page we could not read is marked could not read, and a page that asks for a quote is marked quote only. Prices can differ by country.

What pushes the price up

  • 6 of the 9 charge per user, or for extra users, on at least one plan, so the price grows with the team.
  • 5 of the 9 show a quote request instead of a price.
  • We found no free plan among the 9, and 2 offer a time-limited trial.

What to know about each price

  • Pipedrive: Prices are per seat and exclusive of GST.
  • Follow Up Boss: Prices exclude tax. Pro and Platform are team prices that bundle 10 and 30 users, with a fee for each extra user.
  • Wise Agent: Month to month with no contracts and no setup fee. Extra team members ($20 a month per 5) and text messaging ($11 a month for 1,000 credits plus an $80 one-time registration) cost extra.
  • Top Producer: The page shows two sets of cards with different prices and does not say which applies, so there is no single cheapest figure.
  • Rex Software: Quote-only on every tier. A second Rex pricing page says there is no generic trial, and onboarding is described without a fee.
  • VaultRE (now MRI Vault): No plans or prices are published; a request-a-quote form is the only route. The old vaultre.com.au/pricing address now forwards to MRI Software's Vault product page.
  • Agentbox: Quote-only. Trust accounting, extra users, training and eLearning are listed as add-ons with no prices.
  • BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE): Quote-only: the only call to action on the page is Talk to Sales.

What to look for in real estate agents software

Buyers, vendors and appraisals in one pipeline, so no enquiry goes cold because someone forgot to ring.

A tool for real estate agents has to fix these:

  • Buyer follow-up depends on memory.
  • Appraisal leads go cold.
  • Commission is calculated by hand.

Our price

We have not set a price for ours: there is nothing built to sell yet, and the price will be on the page before anyone pays. What we plan to build: real estate agents.

Questions

About the price

What is the cheapest real estate CRM?

Prices are in the currency each page names and are not ranked across currencies: 1 in A$, at A$19 a month; 1 in US$, at US$42 a month; 1 with no currency named. The lowest price is often the plan with the fewest features, so check what each includes.

Why do prices differ so much?

Mostly who is counted and what is included: per user or per seat, the number of jobs or products, payment processing, and setup.

Will it load listings to the portals?

Not without portal partner access, which is a separate application. The first version would not.

What does the pipeline show?

Planned: each buyer and vendor, the stage, the next task and who owns it.

Can it run an open home sign-in?

Planned: a sign-in on a phone that creates the contact.
