What is AI Leads Manager?

AI Leads Manager is a complete CRM and lead management tool built directly into Custom AI Dashboard. It includes a 7-stage visual pipeline, lead scoring and priority, an activity timeline (calls, emails, meetings, notes, tasks, stage changes), embeddable lead-capture forms, bulk CSV import and export, and a dashboard with conversion analytics. There is no separate install — it is part of the platform.

How much does it cost?

AI Leads Manager is included in your Custom AI Dashboard subscription. There are no per-seat fees, no separate "Sales Hub" or "Marketing Hub" upgrades, and no onboarding charges. You get unlimited leads, unlimited capture forms, and the full feature set as part of your plan.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Open the AI Leads Manager page, optionally import a CSV of existing contacts, optionally build a capture form and grab the embed code, and you are running. There is no integration step, no account configuration, and no required onboarding call.

Can I import my existing leads from a spreadsheet or another CRM?

Yes. The bulk import modal accepts a CSV file and walks you through mapping columns to lead fields (first name, last name, email, phone, company, etc.). Imports of 10,000+ rows are supported.

How do I add a lead-capture form to my website?

Open the Forms tab in AI Leads Manager. Build the form — pick the fields you want, set the theme, the heading, the success message, and the redirect URL. Click "Embed" and copy the HTML or iframe snippet. Paste it onto any web page. Submissions land in your pipeline as new leads.

Does it work with the AI Email Marketing tool?

Yes — and tightly. Every lead is automatically available as a recipient in AI Email Marketing. You can build email sequences that auto-enrol leads when they hit a specific status (e.g. "qualified") or when a specific tag is added. Every email sent from AI Email Marketing is logged back on the lead's activity timeline.

What activity types can I log against a lead?

Six: notes, calls, emails, meetings, tasks, and stage changes. Each activity has a subject, body, occurred-at timestamp, optional due-at, and optional completed-at. Tasks with due dates surface on the dashboard under "due today" and "overdue."

Can I track deal value and forecast revenue?

Yes. Each lead has a deal-value field with a currency and an expected close date. The dashboard rolls these up by stage and by currency so you can see your weighted pipeline value, won-this-month value, and lost-this-month value at a glance.

How does lead scoring work?

Each lead has a 0-100 score field plus a low / medium / high priority tag. You set them manually or update them through the API. The list view sorts by score so the warmest leads float to the top.

Can multiple team members use the same pipeline?

Yes. AI Leads Manager respects your Custom AI Dashboard team setup. Multiple teammates can view, edit, and update leads. Activities show who logged them.

Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — your leads are not visible to anyone outside your account. You can export your full data to CSV at any time, and deleting a lead removes all linked activities.

Can I customise the pipeline stages?

The default stages are new, contacted, qualified, proposal, negotiation, won, and lost. They cover most B2B and B2C sales motions. Custom stage editing is on the roadmap.

What lead sources can I track?

Built-in source types include website, referral, ad, cold outreach, event, social, and other. You can also add a free-text "source detail" for things like "Google Ads — Q1 campaign" or "Referral from John Smith."

Does it support multiple currencies?

Yes. Each lead's deal value is stored with a currency code. The dashboard groups pipeline and revenue by currency so multi-region teams can see USD, EUR, GBP totals separately.

Can I export leads to send to another tool?

Yes. The export endpoint produces a clean CSV of all leads with all fields. There is no lock-in.

What about lead deduplication?

The system checks email addresses on import and lets you choose to skip, update, or create new for duplicates. The form-submission endpoint also detects existing leads by email and adds the new submission as an activity rather than creating a duplicate.

How do I get help if I am stuck?
